Inverness Caley Thistle manager Duncan Ferguson completes double swoop for defender Wallace Duffy and goalkeeper Musa Dibaga ahead of League One fixture against Annan Athletic
Inverness Caledonian Thistle have completed the signings of two players ahead of their first league away match of the season at Annan Athletic.
Linking up with the side after spending time back at the club on trial over recent weeks is Wallace Duffy, who has signed a two-year deal.
The 25-year-old defender saw his contract at the Caledonian Stadium expire at the end of last season, but had remained based in the Highland capital as he searched for a new opportunity.
He had recently gone back in at ICT, and has now re-joined the club on a permanent basis to boost Duncan Ferguson’s options in the backline and add to his 103 appearance for the club.
Also putting pen-to-paper on terms with the Caley Jags is Spanish goalkeeper Musa Dibaga, who was on the substitutes’ bench for last weekend’s draw with Dumbarton as a trialist.
The 24-year-old has signed a one-year deal, having spent the last couple of seasons at Lowland League clubs Whitehill Welfare and Bo’ness United.
Ferguson had revealed earlier in the week that both deals were being worked on, with ICT getting them over the line in time for this afternoon’s match after being made possible by investment from prospective club owner Ketan Makwana.
