Beauly have been crowned MacTavish Cup Under-17 winners after they came from behind to defeat Kinlochshiel at Bught Park in Inverness.

Kinlochshiel took the lead midway through the first half with a goal from Archie MacRae.

But Scott Cameron equalised for Beauly before Torrin Cairns gave them the lead at half time.

Cameron scored again in the second half to make it 3–1 which was good enough to kill off the game.

Under-17 manager Gary Marshall praised his team for coming from behind to win the match in a convincing performance.

"We played really well and played as a team throughout the entire game," he said.

"We did go a goal behind and to lose one early never makes things easy, but we never lost our spirit.

"It was good to get the equaliser quickly, but we needed the extra goal and we did what we needed to do."
