Inverness Athletic expect to be at full strength when they head north to play North Caledonian League strugglers Bonar Bridge at Dornoch tomorrow.

Athletic were unlucky to lose 3–2 against Halkirk United in their last outing and having already beaten Bonar 5–0 earlier in the season, so will be odds-on favourites to take full points from the return fixture.

They will also be expected to score a few goals, but manager Jason Golabek struck a cautious note.

“We can’t take anything for granted,” he said.

“We need to approach the game in a professional way.

“Although we lost against Halkirk, we can take a few positives from the game.

“We are looking forward to it – it will be a tough match for us.”

In the other league matches, Bunillidh Thistle host Orkney at Couper Park, while Halkirk United clash with Thurso in the Caithness derby at Morrison Park.

St Duthus go head-to-head against Golspie Sutherland in the Football Times Cup final at Brora’s Dudgeon Park.

It took a late winner to earn Golspie the points in a 3–2 win when the teams met last weekend and tomorrow’s clash is expected to be an equally close contest.

Saints welcome back trio Craig Munro, Reece Paterson and Scott Maclean for the final.
