On the 10th of August Executive will be out inside the Inverness Courier and our Nairnshire edition of our HNM portfolio. This is the day that students receive their exam results. I remember the day so well the excitement, the anxiety and hope for the future. If you are reading this and you are a student awaiting your results next week, remember whatever your results, there are endless opportunities out there for you and organisations that can help along the way. Such as DYW regional offices, Skills Development Scotland and independent further education organisations like Virtual Learning Academy.

If you are a parent and have kids awaiting results share this with them, and get them to have a read of next week’s issue of Executive where we have Inverness College UHI as our cover story, Inverness College UHI work with business organisations and offer apprenticeships to allow them to study whilst earning a wage, a great way to get a start in the working world.

The university holds a vital role in the workforce of the future and you will be able to read more about their work with organisations across the Highlands in next week’s issue.

In this edition we also worked with the team at the Greenhouse and learned more about their community. Working with Julie on showcasing the Greenhouse and what lies ahead for the office accommodation was fantastic, learning about their developments to include Electric charging points for cars and their tenants who are adopting a hybrid approach shows how local businesses are looking to help meet the Net-Zero emissions targets. If you're looking for a modern office that offers a COVID secure environment look no further and get in touch with the team at Greenhouse.

Is your team heading back to the office next week? Are you looking to give your office a top to bottom cleaning? We have an interview with the newest cleaning firm for Highlands & Moray - Tidy Green Clean, read about this company and Faith Fitzgerald and their ethical approach to keeping things clean and concern over environmental impact are the heart of the new franchise.

We also hear from Caithness Chamber of Commerce and what is happening in North Highland with their quarterly newsletter exclusively inside Executive. It is great to read that they are optimistic for a COVID-19 recovery.

I could go on and on, but there will not be anything for you to read next week.
