Highland youngsters put their mothers in the frame at Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness

ARTISTIC youngsters have won themselves and their mums an extra special treat in a portraits competition to mark Mother’s Day.

Run by the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness, the three winners in each of three age categories won a £20 toy from The Entertainer plus a £30 Eastgate voucher for their mums.

Winners in the under six age group were Millie Mackenzie (5), Strathdearn Primary, Caiomhe Kemp (5), Rosebank Primary, Nairn, and Andrew Reid, (5) Bishop Eden Primary, Inverness.

Other winners were Ruby Mackenzie (6), Ardersier Primary, Magnus Masson (8) and Isabella (9) both of Aldourie Primary, Isabella Beauliou (10), Milton, Invergordon, Laura Skalbarna, (12) St Josephs and Victoria Reynolds (12), Dingwall.
