The sessions will be run by TFX Performing Arts Academy on Academy Street from October 14 and will be a chance for children and teens to have an afternoon of music, passion, creativity and fun.

Amy Crook, head of drama and creative assistant at TFX, said: “Our holiday workshops have always proven to be a tremendous success. It’s wonderful to witness students enjoying themselves during the holidays while engaging in their favourite activities!”

The school is offering six different workshops. For our younger participants, there will be sessions inspired by Inside Out 2 and Descendants as well as an Acro Dance workshop.

Ms Crook said: “These workshops are designed to captivate the imagination of the children, allowing them to immerse themselves in their favourite stories and characters while developing their dance skills in a fun and supportive environment.”

“For our older students, we are providing Jazz workshops designed not only to enhance and refine their technique but also to introduce them to some exciting new choreography. These sessions aim to push the boundaries of their abilities, encouraging them to explore new styles and movements while building confidence and stage presence.

“Additionally, following the success of our previous Taylor Swift workshops, we are thrilled to offer more opportunities to learn Taylor Swift dances and celebrate the Eras Tour!

“These workshops will be a fantastic way for fans to connect with the music and choreography of one of the biggest pop stars of our time. Participants will have the chance to perfect their moves to some of Taylor’s most iconic songs, all while celebrating the energy and excitement of her world-renowned tour.”
