Inverness salon is woman’s dream come true
A new hair salon has opened in Inverness.
Hair There Beautyful is the brainchild of Zarina Ainslie who has over 20 years of experience as a hairdresser.
Based on Baron Taylor Street, the new salon has been a lifelong dream of Zarina, who has been overwhelmed by the support she has received with this venture.
She said: “It finally felt like the right time and I had the confidence to do it.
“I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years and have been self-employed for the last 10 years.
“It’s always the dream to have your own place and I am finally here! I’ve been in the industry since I was 13, so it’s all I have ever known.”
The 37-year-old had her first opening day on June 3 and was welcomed with flowers and words of encouragement.
She has a full roster of clients who she has brought with her, who have provided her with the confidence to open her own place.
Zarina said: “I wouldn’t be here without my fiancé and my mum who have helped me over the past three weeks to decorate the premises from an empty shell.
“I’ve had so much help and support from clients and invaluable business advice from them too.
“It’s all thanks to the support from my clients that I’m able to do this.”
Zarina also has space in her salon for other hairdressers alongside a treatment room and a nail bar.
She has already received enquiries for these but is waiting a few days to get settled into her new home.
