Woman due in Inverness court after police respond to driving concerns

A 35-year-old woman is expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court today following concerns about her driving earlier this week.

A police spokesperson said: “At around 6.45pm on Monday, July 22, 2024, officers received a report of concerns on the manner of driving of a vehicle in the St Ninian Drive area of Inverness.

“The vehicle was later traced on Hawthorn Drive.

“A 35-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with this incident and is due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Wednesday, July 24.”
