Woman arrested after windows smashed at Primark in Inverness

A woman has been arrested after windows were smashed at Primark in Inverness.

Police are still investigating the situation following the incident at around 4am today.

A force spokeswoman said: "We received a report of a woman allegedly throwing bricks at a shop window on Bridge Street, Inverness, at around 4am on Sunday, October 24.

"The woman has been arrested and enquiries are ongoing."

The shop was open today but one of the entrances was cordoned off by police.
