A Whopper of an offer awaits Burger King fans to mark the official reopening of one of the fast food chain’s Inverness outlets following a revamp.

For the famous US eatery’s outlet at Inverness Shopping Park is going to celebrate the occasion by giving away 1000 free Whopper or Chicken Royale burgers to lucky customers for one day only on Wednesday (July 2).

The giveaway is taking place to mark the ‘official’ reopening of the site following what the firm has dubbed a “glow up”.

The newly remodelled fast food eatery, which sits between the Vue cinema and Pizza Hut in Eastfield Way, includes all-new in-restaurant innovations such as table service and now offers extended hours from 9am to 11pm seven days a week.

Gigi Vacaru, restaurant manager at Burger King UK, said: “The team and I are thrilled to return and serve our customers in Inverness. We look forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new guests to experience the renovated restaurant, and we're confident they'll have a fantastic time while enjoying our delicious meals.”
