Highland Council is asking for members of the public to share their views on changes that should or should not be made to current waiting restrictions in Nairn.

Issues to be considered are anything related to waiting and loading (parking) in Nairn:

· Are the current restrictions fit for purpose?

· Are there enough Loading Bays?

· Are the time limits to short or too long?

· Should new restrictions be considered to address new problems?

· Should old restrictions be removed as no longer required?

· Are there enough Disabled Bays?

The consultation will be open to local views until January 1, 2025, after which the council will be submitting any proposed changes for further full public consultation based on the feedback received.
