Water supplies disruption in Inverness 'being investigated', confirms Scottish Water
SCOTTISH Water engineers were investigating reports of disruptions to supplies in some parts of Inverness this morning.
Shortly after 7.30am the utility company confirmed that "customers in Inverness have reported an interruption to their water supply".
There was no immediate word on which neighbourhoods were affected.
Promising another update at 9.30am, a spokesman for the firm said: "We are currently on the way to investigate the issue.
"While we investigate, please be aware that you may experience no water supply or low/intermittent water pressure. You may also experience discoloured water.
