THE famous Invergordon pair, Luke and Tom Stoltman, were guests of honour at this year's Inverness Highland Games.

The pair received a presentation from the Provost of Inverness earlier in the day, and then went on to do some shot put demonstrations.

They also hosted a Q&A session to a packed out tent of fans, many of whom were wearing the brothers' merch.

Younger brother Tom is the reigning two-time World's Strongest Man and he had his trophies on display throughout the day.

During the Q&A, the pair talked about how surreal it felt to deal with their new found fame and having confidence in themselves.

Luke said: "Being from the Highlands, we had a bit of a mentality that things shouldn't happen to us because we live in a small town. It took me a long time. I was doing well in shows and still not very confident. It's ok to be successful.

"The times we get to share a podium is very special. Without Strongman, I'd still be working offshore. We hopefully can inspire people and change peoples mindsets."

Luke also said his favourite food was The Stoltman Cone, which is currently on sale at the city-centre shop Castle Cones.
