There are two new mouths to feed in the snow monkey troop at the Highland Wildlife Park.

The popular attraction by Kincraig is currently closed to the public due to the coronavirus outbreak but staff continue working round the clock to look after the residents.

Keith Gilchrist, animal collection manager at the attraction, said: "We've had two new arrivals within our snow monkey troop since the park closed in March.

"They were both born in May and are doing well but the first few weeks are crucial so we'll be keeping a close eye on the youngsters.

"As a charity with no government funding, we rely on support from animal lovers and so do the amazing species we are for.

"Almost all of our income comes from our visitors and our food bill alone is over £6,000 every month.

"We've had great support from the public so far but we really do need this to continue. Any amount can make a difference, £25 will feed our snow monkey troop for a day."
