WATCH: Snowman Rally back roaring on the streets of Dingwall

The biggest motor sport event in the Highlands was back in full force today, as the Snowman Rally took place on Saturday.

Although the event was held seven months than when it was originally planned - it usually takes place in March and is the opening round of the Scottish Championship - more than 70 drivers entered the competition and made a great day of it.

Ranking first were Garry Pearson and Hannah McKillop, followed by John Wink and Neil Shanks and Scott Macbeth and Dan Forsyth in third place.

Halfway through the event, the Drivers Regroup took place in Dingwall Town Centre as 74 racers drove through the High Street,

The Rally left the Black Isle showground at 9am, going through Shenval, Milnbuie and Dingwall.

A team of volunteers ran the organisation of the event and the entertainment, with the rally being live streamed on their official Facebook page throughout the day.
