WATCH: Mystery surrounds police closure of Inverness road

Emergency services closed at least one street in Inverness today, after it is understood they were alerted to an incident last night.

Several rumours are circulating about the closure of Nelson Street in Merkinch, with Anderson Street and Madras Street also believed to be impacted.

It has been reported that bomb disposal units have been operating in the area.

Police and at least one fire service appliance has been there today.
