WATCH: Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey SNP MP Drew Hendry appeals to businesses to close during coronavirus crisis

Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey MP Drew Hendry has sent a clear message to business owners who may not yet have closed during coronavirus crisis.

The SNP politician said that any business not being directly able to support the efforts to combat the pandemic should shut.

"If your business is still open and it doesn't have to be, then please close it," he added. "Allow your employees to go home and be safe with their families."
