Scottish TV favourite Lorraine Kelly has told the nation about Highland pensioner Margaret Payne who is climbing the equivalent of the height of Highland mountain Suilven on her stairs.

The 90-year-old, who lives near Lairg, originally set herself a target of £10,000 for the NHS and Highland Hospice.

She has already smashed that by raising more than £203,000.
