WATCH: ‘It’s the thing dreams are made of’ – Inverness couple win £3 million house in Surrey

An Inverness couple were the lucky winners of a dream house in England in a UK-wide prize draw.

Rachel Reid (54) was left speechless when she was told she had won a property in Surrey worth £3 million, alongside a cash prize of £100,000.

Organised by for-profit entertainment company Omaze to raise funds for charities around the country, the draw has top prizes such as multimillion-pound houses, incredible supercars and life-changing cash prizes.

She said: “It’s been so surreal - never in my wildest dreams did I ever think we’d own a multimillion-pound house.”

The prize draw helped raise £3,450,000 for Prostate Cancer UK.
