The food hall sees a revamped eating area, surrounded by various food outlets and drinks vendors, so that locals and tourists can enjoy a variety in one spot.

We got a chance to catch-up with a few of the businesses that have taken up units in the food hall to see how they were getting on and what to expect.

Moonshine

Matt who owns The Malt Room, has opened up Moonshine, so you can sit back and relax with a cold beer while enjoying the surroundings. Watch what he had to say about the opening, here:

Good Girl Green Grocer/Bad Girl Bakery

The owner of Bad Girl Bakery, has turned to an angelic side with the opening of Good Girl Green Grocer, where you can pick up a salad, smoothie or vegetables to take home with you.

But if you are in need of a devilish treat, do not worry, as Bad Girl Bakery is also resident in the food hall to satisfy all your cravings.

The food hall also sees an opportunity for food and drink businesses to take up a week or two at the Highland Food and Drink Trail stall.
