As the country comes to terms with the second Covid-19 lockdown, a group of volunteers in Nairn continues to provide support for those in need.

Nairn Task Force are regrouping and re-engaging with the local community.

After a very busy period during the first lockdown, NTF volunteers are continuing to help anyone in the area who feels they need support with shopping/prescriptions, dog walking, chats on the phone or buddy one-to-one walks.

Tish Joyce, NTF organiser, said: “We have a great community network of volunteers who will continue to provide support to those in need in their neighbourhood, and they will also be able to direct people to additional support from existing services. We want to thank all the volunteers who are helping so many people in Nairn – we couldn’t do this without them.”
