Residents are being urged to shop locally by ordering goods online and arranging local deliveries from Inverness shops and businesses during the Covid-19 outbreak.

The advice is offered in a new video produced by Inverness Business Improvement District (BID) which also features music by leding fiddle player Bruce MacGregor, who runs the MacGregor's bar in Academy Street.

BID Manager, Mike Smith, said the video had enjoyed "fantastic reach" since launching last week.

He added: "The video was created in-house by Margaret Laws to remind the public that the current situation is temporary and to thank them for their continued and future support for the city centre businesses."
