Churches in Inverness have joined forces in an innovative venture to broadcast a daily message of hope in the run-up to Christmas.

Each day, the 12 participating churches will take it in turns to broadcast their message at 6.30pm via social media.

They will also stream two combined carol services on December 20 and Christmas Eve at 6.30pm.

The churches taking part are:

Inverness Christian Fellowship

Inverness Vineyard

Junction Church

The Barn Church of Scotland

St Columba’s Church of Scotland

Ness Bank Church of Scotland

Inverness Cathedral

Inshes Church of Scotland

Hilton Church of Scotland

Castle Street Baptist Church

Destiny Church

King’s Inverness
