Police say fire at Alness is being treated as wilful as emergency services remain on site





Emergency services are still at the site of a fire in Alness.

The barn fire at Caplich Quarry was reported at around 7.30pm on Saturday, August 24.

It is being treated as wilful according to police and enquiries remain ongoing.

There are no reported injuries.

Local residents no longer need to keep windows and doors closed but should still avoid the area.
