People were evacuated from a building in Inverness city centre after a fire this morning.

Emergency services closed Baron Taylor's Street to deal with a blaze at a HMO.

It is understood the fire was in a bedroom at the property and damage was limited to that room, with nobody injured.

The area has been cordoned off for at least an hour, with firefighters, ambulance crew and police are at the scene.
