Works on the A96 are set to start later than initially planned, with overnight closures in place from this weekend.
Resurfacing works of the road near the B9006 junction for Ardeersier will lead to road closures between 7.30pm and 6.30am each night from Sunday, October 20 and are expected to last until Friday, November 1.
The works will be carried out by Amey on behalf of Transport Scotland.
A diversion via the B9039 and B9092 for Ardersier and Clephanton traffic will be in place during the closure of the road.
Drivers using this road are asked to allow extra time for their journey and follow diversion signs.
Traffic management will be lifted by 6.30am on Saturday, November 2.
