Inverness’s New Domino’s pizza takeaway to open doors in Highland capital’s Longman estate tomorrow; the move will see the existing Academy Street store relocate there
The new Domino’s outlet in Inverness will open its doors tomorrow - with the existing Academy Street eatery relocating to the Longman.
Domino’s confirmed the news after being approached by The Inverness Courier on Monday, after signage went up on the new Henderson Road outlet confirming the pizza giant’s involvement.
However, the new site will not now take the city’s number of Domino’s eateries up to three, as the Academy Street team will be relocating there and that site closing its doors.
Confirming the flit and that that new site will be opening its doors on Tuesday, Gordon Buntin, operations director, said: “We’re thrilled with this move and look forward to many more years at our new Inverness location.
“Our team of skilled pizza makers, customer service colleagues and delivery drivers will continue to ensure local residents can always order the freshest pizza in town.
“We’re also on the lookout for exceptional people to be part of our team, including managers, in-store team members and delivery drivers.
“With more than four in five of our store managers starting their own career as a team member, these roles offer a great opportunity for ambitious people looking to grow and build a career with the nation’s best-loved pizza company!”
The new store will be open seven days a week from 11am to 11pm and will be serving up the chain’s usual array of favourites.
To mark the move into its new store, the chain will be running a number of special deals, including Large 2-topping Pizzas for £9.99.
