UPDATE: Missing Nairn man (74) found 'safe and well'

Police have thanked the public after a missing 74-year-old man was tracked down 'safe and well'.

The force had issued an appeal for help to find George Percy, from Nairn, after he was last seen at around 12.45pm today.

A police spokesman said: "Police Scotland can confirm that George Percy has been traced safe and well.

"The public are thanked for their assistance in this matter."
