The duo join 2 Unlimited in playing at the festival, which will take place across the weekend of May 2-3.

Both Punk Rock Factory and George Bowie will play on Saturday, May 2. 2 Unlimted will play on the Sunday.

Australian group Punk Rock Factory perform often-funny covers of popular songs and have been long-term admirers of MacMoray.

George Bowie is a DJ with Clyde 1 and has presented a breakfast show for 25 years.

MacMoray organiser Andy Macdonald said: “We have a lot of rockers and we haven’t been as kind to them!

“I asked if they wanted more rock and metal and they said yes. The most ‘liked’ comment was Punk Rock Factory - so I got them.

“They have been following MacMoray for years and think it will be great to perform here.”
