While Travellers have moved on from Torvean Park in Inverness a group was still at second Inverness camp on open space behind Bun-sgoil Ghàidhlig Inbhir Nis – the Gaelic School – earlier today

Travellers were still at a second makeshift Traveller encampment in Inverness earlier today.

The first, which was at Torvean Park, now has no Travellers as all the caravans which were pitched there have now left.

But the second camp is on open space behind Bun-sgoil Ghàidhlig Inbhir Nis – the Gaelic School – near Sir Walter Scott Drive and a witness said there were five caravans parked there.
