The Inverness Courier will host a leadership debate featuring the three candidates vying to become the next First Minister of Scotland on Friday evening – but there is still time to get a ticket.

For those wishing to attend in person and potentially ask the candidates a question themselves there is still time to become a Digital+ subscriber – if you do this you will be emailed an invitation.

To get into the venue you will need a ticket and that is only open to subscribers of Highland News and Media’s titles and if you are then there is no cost for a ticket as the aim is to get as many people from the Highlands and Moray in as possible.

You do not have to be there in person to potentially have your say – you could send us your question to the email address debate@hnmedia.co.uk. If it is selected then the moderator will read it out on your behalf on the night.

Finally, we understand that many people will not be able to attend in person, particularly given the weather. So we are going to stream the debate for free online as it happens and on top of that provide updates throughout the night on our website.
