At Inverness Sheriff Court, he admitted the assault whereby he pushed one member of staff on the body, shouted, swore then struck foodstuffs and threw them on the ground.
Defence solicitor David Patterson told Sheriff Sara Matheson that his client was currently undergoing a 14-week alcohol treatment programme.
Sheriff Matheson deferred sentence until April 19 for it to be completed and ordered Blaszczykowski to be of good behaviour until then.
