Fiscal depute Martina Eastwood told Inverness Sheriff Court there was no recovery.

Gidu admitted the theft and although he is currently on a community payback order with unpaid work imposed at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last year, Sheriff Gary Aitken proceeded to sentence and fined him a total of £680.

Defending, Kevin Hughes said: "He has no other matters outstanding and he is no longer associating with the others involved."
