Temporary road closure - B861 Inverness to Inverarnie Road.

Motorists are being advised by Highland Council that there will be a temporary road closure on part of the B861 Inverness – Leys – Inverarnie Road between its junction with the U5174 Slackbuie Distributor Road and its junction with the B851 Errogie – Strathnairn – Daviot Bridge Road.

The temporary closure will be in operation from Thursday April 15 2021 until Friday April 16 2021, between the hours of 9.30am until 3.30pm on both days.

The closure is required to enable public utility works to safely proceed.

The works are being carried out on behalf of Openreach.

Access will be maintained for pedestrians, cyclists and emergency vehicles attending an emergency.

Vehicles requiring access may do so, but only at the discretion and by the instructions of the contractor for the works.

Alternative routes will be available for all other traffic affected by this closure.
