Temporary lane closure in Union Road, Inverness

Union Road in Inverness will be temporarily closed to traffic from 8am tomorrow until 6pm on Wednesday for utility maintenance works.

The lane restriction applies to eastbound traffic between its junction with Kingsmills Road and its junction with Midmills Road.

A Highland Council spokeswoman said: "During this period, drivers affected should use alternative routes. Access for pedestrians will remain open."
