Youngsters are being invited to have some sporting fun during the summer holidays at the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness.

It is holding its Summer Kids Club every Wednesday from July 6 to August 10.

In this year’s programme, FITKidz will provide athletes experience classes where the youngsters can learn to train like a professional.

There will also be the chance to meet a selection of creatures from Nairn Exotic Animals. The programme also includes outdoor games supplied by The Entertainer.

On the club’s final day, youngsters can join in a sports-themed treasure hunt around the shopping centre and collect their trophies from the mini prize ceremony.

The Wednesday activities take place between 10am and 4pm. They are provided for free.

The club can be found in the community stage area opposite Phase Eight.
