A weekend of live music is set to take place in Inverness.
Skerryvore will kick-off the weekend at Inverness Leisure tomorrow night, followed by Callum Beattie on Saturday and Ministry of Sound Ibiza Anthems on Sunday.
Organised by LCC Live, both Skerryvore and Callum Beattie are sold out.
Over 4500 people are set to attend the events over the weekend, giving a boost to lots of local businesses.
Les Kidger, director of LCC Live, said: “Christmas is a busy period, and we have people from all over the Highlands and further afield coming for the weekend.
“It’s a great boost for the economy and we will see more people in shopping, at restaurants, bars and staying at hotels.”
Ministry of Sound Classical were in Inverness in July which was a massive success, with a demand for it to come again.
Les said: “People loved having Ministry of Sound here, so we decided to do something different this time and bring up the Ibiza version.
“It is going to be like a day in Ibiza, with an incredible light show and many performers.”
Callum Beattie is a well-known figure in the Highlands and has a big fan base here.
His return to Inverness was music to people’s ears, and his show sold out quickly.
Traditional Scottish music band Skerryvore is ‘absolutely amazing’ according to Les.
He said: “Skerryvore are going to go far and I think we are going to see them getting bigger and bigger. They are ones to watch.”
Les concluded: “Everyone come along and enjoy an incredible weekend of music.”
Ministry of Sound Ibiza tickets are still available online and at the door on the night.
