Sister's fresh hope in search for missing Inverness mum Renee MacRae and her son Andrew





THE family of missing Inverness mother Renee MacRae and her three-year-old son Andrew have been given fresh hope of a breakthrough after parts of a pram and bones were found in a quarry being searched by police.

Mrs MacRae’s sister Morag Govans, who lives in the city, believes much more needs to be found to progress the inquiry after wheels similar to those on the pushchair owned by Renee were discovered in part of the drained Leanach Quarry near Culloden.

But she added: “I certainly hope that something will be found. The police are keeping me informed.”
