Fiscal depute Susan Love told Sheriff Sara Matheson that when officers spoke to her they could smell alcohol and noted that her speech was slurred. But when she got out of the driver's seat, she also staggered and a breath test proved positive.

Kiltie admitted being drunk in charge with a reading of 103mcgs of alcohol in her system when the limit is 22mcgs.
