Seven-year-old boy found after going missing on Fyrish

A seven-year-old boy who was missing on Fyrish earlier this evening has been found safe and well.

It is understood police and a mountain rescue team were in the area, along with members of the public, who were all keen to find Gabrielos.

Sources stated he was the son of a Lithuanian tourist.

It is understood he went missing while heading towards the car park. Apparently the boy had gone ahead and those he left behind were expecting him to be there to meet near there car, but there was no sign of him - prompting the search.

Several sources on social media raised awareness of the situation, including the positive update.
