Inverness Sheriff Court was told police were called to 33 year old Callum Crockett's home where he began shouting and swearing and acting aggressively, demanding they leave the property.
Without hearing the facts, Sheriff Sara Matheson called for a background report and Crockett, now living in Forres, was told to return to be dealt with on November 28.
