Inverness salon owner is named a 'legend' at Most Wanted Awards after winning business thinker category three times.

Caroline Sanderson, who owns Ego Hair Design, is the first solo female to win the category, and the first person to become a legend in the category.

is renowned in the industry for her positive mind set and determination for salon business success through all hardships. She now shares her business tips with hundreds of other salons around the world via her Digital Salon Business Academy, and has shared £120,000 in charity donations, free education and giveaways.

Ms Sanderson owns the award-winning Inverness based salon Ego Hair Design and has been named this year as a Legend in the prestigious Creative HEAD Most Wanted Awards, after winning the Business Thinker Category in 2020, 2015 and 2013.

Caroline joins an exclusive and prestigious list of Most Wanted Legends, awarded for winning the same category 3 times, having won the Business Thinker category three times, which recognises a salon owner or director who can demonstrate an outstanding approach to business.

Caroline is the first solo female to win the category, and the first person to become a legend in the category.

Commenting on the win, Amanda Nottage, editor of Creative Head who organise the awards, said: “It’s astonishing to think just how much Caroline has achieved in the past decade or so.

"From running a struggling business in the Scottish Highlands with a big VAT bill and no cash in the bank, to a thriving salon alongside a booming coaching academy, this lady knows how to use the force –sell, a positive mindset – to become a three-time winner of the Most Wanted Business Thinker Award - and that’s why she’s a Legend!”

"This impressive title comes after a successful year for Caroline, who used the first lockdown to fulfil her ambition of writing a book The Salon Jedi: The Big Business Breakthrough for Ambitious Salon Owners, which became an Amazon best-seller in seven categories.

"All royalties have been donated to various charities and Caroline’s second book, Mindset Magic and Miracles publishes in October 2021.

"It concludes an incredible year of awards success in which Caroline was a finalist for 12 and winner of seven national accolades."
