A87 road to Skye closed in both directions after collision

The road A87 connecting Invergarry and Skye is currently closed after a road crash, Traffic Scotland has confirmed.

It was reportedly closed after the incident at Shiel Bridge at around 12.45pm and remains closed in both directions.

Road users are being advised to use an alternative route and expect delays on their journey.

Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
