It has been reported that a resident of a care home in Inverness who had been being treated for coronavirus is now testing negative.

Earlier this month Barchester Healthcare, owners of the Highview home in the Scorguie area of Inverness, confirmed that a resident there was being treated for Covid-19.

It has now been reported that, after a period in isolation and appropriate treatment, the resident is testing negative for the virus and no other residents are showing symptoms.
