Police Scotland officers in the Highlands issue fresh appeal for help tracing missing Inverness woman following possible sighting in Edinburgh

POLICE searching for a missing Inverness woman have issued a fresh appeal following a possible sighting.

Officers in the Highland capital first issued an appeal last nigh t for help in tracing Donna Bain (33). She was last seen at about 1.30pm on Friday, September 11.

However, a police spokesman said that subsequent enquiries "have revealed that Donna may have been in the Edinburgh area on or around September 13 and are re-appealing for information to anyone that may have seen her".

She is described as being 5ft 6in tall, of medium build, and has short fair/blonde hair.

If you believe you have seen her, or know where she is, you should contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference 1762 of 14/9/20.
