POLL: Should Culloden Battlefield be protected from any further development?

A petition set up to have a law introduced to stop any further developments on Culloden Battlefield has achieved more than 4000 supporters.

Should Culloden Battlefield have all planning applications automatically refused, or should each application for the site be dealt with by the local authority.
