POLL RESULT: Opinion divided on showing Scotland's Euro matches in Highland schools

Opinion was divided on the subject of today's Scotland match and it being shown in schools.

We asked whether parents were considering keeping their children off school, if the game was not being shown by their school, and 308 people said yes compared with 302 who said no.

Highland Council has left the decision over whether or not to show the fixture 153 people felt it was the right approach while 125 people disagreed.

A total of 141 people felt that the match should just be shown anyway compared with 120 who did not.
