UPDATE: Inverness man reported missing is traced following appeal

A man reported missing from Inverness to police has been traced.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We can confirm that Malcolm Morrison, reported missing from Inverness, has been traced safe and well.

"Thank you to everyone who shared and responded to our appeal."

Police issued a public appeal at the weekend in an effort to find the 39-year-old, urging anyone who had seen him or who had any information on his whereabouts to get in touch.
