Police officers in Nairn have issued an appeal for information following incidents of vandalism at the weekend.

The incidents, involving damage to vehicles and lighting, happened in Mill Road on Saturday evening.

A disturbance was heard by a member of the public on the steps between Mill Road and Queen Street about 7pm.

It is believed it was related to the damage caused to the wing mirrors of two separate vehicles and Highland Council lighting.

Anyone with information should call 101 and quote incident 20220109-1263.
