Police in Inverness appeal for information following a crash in the car park of Inshes Retail Park outside the Dunelm Mill store

Police in Inverness are appealing for witnesses to a crash, within the car park of Inshes Retail Park, outside the Dunelm Mill store.

It took place sometime between Thursday, April 1, and Sunday.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "During this incident, an unknown vehicle has collided with a signpost and a white Renault van, causing extensive damage."

Anybody who witnessed this incident, or who has information about it is requested to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number NN/1997/21.
